Contacts do not Sync on Earthmate for Apple iOS

If your contacts are not syncing to the Earthmate app for Apple iOS try the following:

Solution 1: Resync the app

1. Open the Earthmate app.

2. Tap on "More."

 

3. Tap on "Options."

 

4. Tap on "Account & Sync."

 

 

5. Enter your username and password then tap on "Sync."

 

Solution 2: Allow Earthmate to access contacts

1. From the iOS homescreen tap on the "Settings" icon.

 2. Scroll down to and then tap on "Privacy."

 

 

3. Tap on "Contacts."

 

4. Turn "Earthmate" on.

 

5. Tap the home button to go back.

6. Tap on the Earthmate app and repeat solution 1.
