Blank Screen When Device Powered on (All inReach Devices)

If your deivce has a blank, white screen when powered on you will need to contact our customer service department at inreachtech@roadpost.com or by calling 1.800.337.3155. Customer service will issue an RMA replacement. This issue cannot be resolved through software.
